The NBA Ikeja branch is handing over a Letter of Protest to Governor Raji Fashola S.A.N on the issue of the occupation of Lagos by soldiers in the absence of any breakdown of law and order or declaration of any state of emergency and the deprivation of the right of movement and peaceful assembly of the people of Nigeria.
